The scores on the doors

Well, the scales showed a loss tonight - a pound and a half to be precise. I'm sure that will spur me on to try harder this coming week. Easter is on the horizon and then I'm off on a cruise for a week so I need to make the best choices in and around those times if I am to keep the recent losses off!

I said I would research the syns for the cauli rice and post on here. I thought 2 types were free but I'm afraid I was mistaken. As Carol suggested, I'm sure you could add your own herbs or sauces to the plain one if you wanted, but just in case you want the easy option, here we go:

I have yet to try my purchase and will let you know what I think as soon as I have.  When I'm next in Sainsbury's i'll take a photo of the aisle you find the cauli rice in!
