This is really a test attempt as it would appear that things on this platform may have changed and I suspect that some of you won't get to read this. If that is the case then I will change platforms. I researched a little tonight but decided to give this a go first!
So, since I last was on here a great deal has happened, but I'll save all of that for another time. As far as SW goes, I admit that I am struggling of late. This last couple of weeks has been the biggest struggle of all as several things in my life have seemed to implode at the same time. As a consequence I am struggling to sleep and to eat. I never thought I would say that! Not eating is no good for weight loss, though I have lost a few pounds but I know I haven't done that the correct way so keeping it off will not be easy.
Today I started with real determination. Breakfast was good but then I couldn't eat lunch. Try as I might to stick to my plan, I could not do it! I did eat something but not to plan. I was back on it this evening though - small steps.
A longer post tomorrow, but for today here is what my food day looked like:
SW ready meal chicken saag with veg and tomato& onion salad.
Add to all of that one HiFi (3 syns) a banana and a yoghurt.
